Ordering Your Steel Hitch Carrier…

SHIPPING:

Fedex Ground delivers in 2-4 business days anywhere in the continental US and in some cases it takes 1-2 days to pack up the carrier.

PICK-UP:

Pick-up is the most economical method due to the large size and weight of the complete carrier. Sales Tax saving can also be had by some local pickups!  Complete carriers, accessories, spare parts and hardware can be readily quoted and shipped by calling: Steve Slavick: 301-573-2815.  If we meet up for a carrier, I will assemble it and give a short class on proper use of it.

PICK-UP LOCATIONS:

Please call ahead for an appointment as we are not staffed 7 days.

Main service location:  Hagerstown,  Maryland, Steve Slavick, 301-573-2815. Evenings and weekends – Demonstration of the product, Sales of all Products, and Service.

A coordinated meeting to buy the carrier may be arranged if you live near SC PA, Baltimore, DC, Hagerstown, MD or Western, MD.
No shipping charge applies if a meeting place can be arranged.

SPECIFYING AND SHIPPING THE CARRIER:

Shipping is done by placing an order on the store and prepaying for the carrier or items. Please request a quote if you are unsure if a certain carrier will work and costs may vary slightly if the item is not on the store.  I can help you understand any tradeoffs w/the various models. I have done a considerable amount of motorcycle rack hauling since 1999 and feel I am quite knowledgeable on the subject!  Please email a quote request and I will answer quickly. Please have available information on your application.  For the best result: Complete the WORKSHEET(pdf) under main menu item “Technical”.  Also, supply photos of the rear of the vehicle(a pix of the hitch to bumper relationship) if your are hauling w/a Van, SUV or Coach. Pick-up trucks are pretty standard.  Email your requirements, (Make/Model of cycle and hauling vehicle including hitch type and zip code to ship to or model number, etc.), to: saslavick@yahoo.com.  Photos of the back of the vehicle can be helpful.

LOCALLY, RENT ONE FOR A WEEKEND/TRIAL ONE FOR A TRIP!

Demonstration models may be rented or leased for a trip, weekend (for up to 14 days). The minimum charge is $145 for dirt bikes/small road bikes, $185 for road bikes, and is available by appointment only at the east location: Hagerstown, Md. The rental charge may be applied toward the purchase price of a new carrier.

Terms of the rental unit: A rental contract must be signed and full price prepaid for the unit. Normal wear and tear is allowed and all hardware and equipment must be returned for a full refund of the deposit.

PAYMENT POLICY

PayPal is preferred, but we do accept:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Please confirm with SAS LLC or the distributor about the exact amount before pickup.
Cash is also a payment method with a discount. Personal checks must clear before day of pickup or shipment.

Credit card or Paypal Sales made in Maryland are taxed at 6%.
